Foster Broussard: Demons of the Gold Rush #1
I've been teasing at an upcoming comic project for a few months now, and tomorrow, May 25th, 2011, Red 5 Studio's Foster Broussard: Demons of the Gold Rush issue #1 hits comic shops. I'm super excited to be working with such a talented team and can't wait to see the book! Hexen Hammers TPB!
So chronologically my 1st professional work as finally hit the presses! This is a book I worked on a few years ago with the endlessly talented team of Mike Henderson and Ben Fisher. The story focuses on a team of paranormal investigators/ monster hunters in 17th century America. I colored the 1st 50 page and some of the covers before leaving to work on Proof. Sorry for the long drought post lately. I've started a new day job and I've been working a few projects that I can't post yet. Astro Color
As promised Major Tom here gets the color treatment, I limited myself to only 5 tones here witch is a first for me I think it worked out well I'm going to look in to get some prints made up of this guy so keep an eye out if your interested.

New sketches
Been having a lot of ideas for new drawings so I've been doing a lot of quick sketches like theses. I've also been prepping some of my older illustrations for printing on T-shirts as well as looking for an outlet/ printing site to summation.

Ben Templesmith's Psylocke
The wonderful Ben Templesmith was nice enough to post Hi-res copy of his Psylocke line work so colorist might give it a try. I didn't try to mimic his style but instead gave it a more classic comic look. I think it turned out great. Take a look at the original at Ben's page!
